Classic Wall Panel by Kalex Steel Buildings Classic Wall
The Classic Wall Panel is available in SP (Silicone Polyester) standard colors with a 25 year warranty. Other colors in PVDF are available with a 30 year warranty. Classic Wall Panel comes standard in 26 gauge with 36” coverage (12” Rib Spacing), and 80,000 psi steel.  24 gauge are available upon request. The Classic Wall Panel is screwed down to the girts.

Reverse Classic Wall by Kalex Steel Buildings Reverse Classic Wall
The Reverse Classic Wall Panel offers a rigid surface designed to compress up to 4” of insulation without causing unsightly bulges along the sidewall. The Reverse Classic Wall Panel is available in SP (Silicone Polyester) standard colors with a 25 year warranty. Other colors in PVDF are available with a 30 year warranty. Reverse Classic Wall Panel comes standard in 26 gauge with 36” coverage (12” Rib Spacing), and 80,000 psi steel.  24 gauge are available upon request. The Reverse Classic Wall Panel is screwed down to the girts.

A-Panel by Kalex Steel Buildings Accent Panel
The architectural features of the Accent Panel profile make it ideal for decorative wall designs as well as fascia systems. The recessed fasteners provide a clean exterior appearance, and the deep rib configuration creates an attractive shadow pattern. Fasteners for the Accent Panel are semi-concealed. The Accent Wall Panel is available in SP (Silicone Polyester) standard colors with a 25 year warranty. Other colors in PVDF are available with a 30 year warranty. Accent Wall Panel comes standard in 26 gauge with 36” coverage (12” Rib Spacing), and 80,000 psi steel.  24 gauge are available upon request. The Accent Wall Panel is screwed down to the girts.

Liner Panel by Kalex Wall Liner Panel
Many times liner panels are specified to protect and to finish the building interior walls. This 26 gauge panel is coated with a Polyester paint system Polar White (PW) and is ideal for most liner conditions that are not exposed to weather. Where exposure to the effects of weather is an issue, other colors are available. The Liner Panel is available in SP (Silicone Polyester) standard colors with a 25 year warranty. Liner Panel comes standard in 26 gauge with 36” coverage (12” Rib Spacing), and 80,000 psi steel. Panels have the Classic Wall Panel profile.

Double Mesa Insulated Panel Double Mesa Insulated Wall Panel - DM40
The Double Mesa panel is ideal for commercial and industrial applications. These wide panels install quickly, with an attractive panel joint that breaks up the flat expanse of metal on large buildings. As with all insulated metal panels by Kalex, panels are shipped with a removable film to prevent damage to the exterior of the panel during shipping and installation. This panel has a clean look ideal for large office and shop buildings.

With the insulation already sandwiched between panels, the insulated purlin arrives to your job site in one piece and requires one simple step installation. The panel's tongue and groove is self-aligning, weather tight and allows for sealant application at either the interior or exterior side of the panel.  The panel range in thickness and R Value (2” = R-16, 2.5” = R-20, 3” = R-24 and 4” = R-32). Panels range in length from 8’-0“ minimum to 56’-0” maximum. Metal facing is 26 gauge steel in PVDF and is available in 22 gauge and 24 gauge. Panel standard width is 3’-4”

Striated Profile Insulated Panel by Kalex
Striated Insulated Wall Panel - ST40
Another insulated panel option, the Striated profile is excellent for commercial and industrial applications. The exterior offers light, narrow, longitudinal striations that give a virtual flat appearance at a distance. The double tongue & groove is weather tight with sealant applied where the panels join. Concealed fasteners give these panels a very clean and visually appealing appearance ideal for large manufacturing plants and warehouses.

With the insulation already sandwiched between panels, the insulated purlin arrives to your job site in one piece and requires one simple step installation. The panel's tongue and groove is self-aligning, weather tight and allows for sealant application at either the interior or exterior side of the panel.  The panel range in thickness and R Value (2" = R-16, 2.5" = R-20, 3" = R-24 and 4" = R-32). Heavy Embossed Insulated Wall Panel Heavy Embossed Insulated Wall Panel - HE40
The distinct embossing creates a subtle and pleasing effect to this panel, giving it the look of stucco. The interior finish is a light embossing. As with all insulated panels that Kalex offers, the fasteners are hidden which gives your wall a very clean look ideal for large projects such as schools and multi-housing units.

Adobe Texture Insulated Panel Adobe Texture Insulated Wall Panel - HE40A
The Adobe Texture offers a multi-textured look with a low gloss finish. The factory applied fiber-reinforced polymer finish simulates a troweled stucco appearance ideal for large projects such as schools and multi-housing units.
